What’s happening at the Detroit Transportation Corp.?

Detroit Documenters have been trying to attend meetings of the Detroit Transportation Corp. (DTC) board of directors for more than six months. Every time Documenters have been assigned to attend and report back, the meeting ends up being canceled.
